Current Information:Born-Barnes Enlisted-Kingston Wulverghem-Lindenhoek Road Military Cemetery, Belgium Between 16th July and 20th July, 1915, 2nd East Surrey, 85,Brigade, 28th Division, held the front line at Wulverghem just south of Ypres in Belgium. For most it was an uneventful period in the firing line but not so for Private Constable who was killed, probably by shellfire, on 19th July. |
